The Classic Photo Booth

Grab a prop. Grab your people. Make questionable choices. The Classic Photo Booth comes loaded with fun + wild props, unlimited photos + your choice of a flower wall, draped backdrop or shimmer wall — all included at no extra charge.

FAQs
1) WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLASSIC + SPIRITED? With our Classic service, you provide the alcohol and Bar + Booth provides the rest, including mixers, syrups, garnishes, soft drinks, ice + service supplies. With Spirited, Bar + Booth provides the alcohol too. Spirited service will be available upon completion of our Washington liquor licensing.
2) HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU SERVE? Our listed pricing is designed for events of up to 100 guests. Have a larger guest list? Contact us and we’ll create pricing based on your event.
3) HOW LONG IS SERVICE? Our standard Bar, Coffee Bar + Classic Photo Booth pricing includes up to four hours of service. Additional time may be added based on availability at $150/hour for each additional hour.
4) CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE SIGNATURE DRINK MENU? Our 6 signature drinks are part of the Bar + Booth experience and are not customized from event to event. We do change our drink selections seasonally. You may, however, select your preferred beer, wine + soft drink options for your event.
5) DO YOU OFFER NONALCOHOLIC OPTIONS? Absolutely. The Bar includes soft drinks, and our signature cocktails can also be enjoyed without alcohol. The Coffee Bar also offers plenty of options for guests who prefer their coffee unjacked.
6) WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH THE CLASSIC PHOTO BOOTH? The Classic Booth includes a booth attendant, unlimited prints, digital sharing, custom photo template, fun props, setup + breakdown, plus your choice of flower wall, draped backdrop or shimmer wall and a neon sign.
7) CAN WE CUSTOMIZE OUR PHOTO PRINTS? Absolutely! Your photo prints include a custom-designed footer created for your event. Add your names, event date, a special message, logo, or other personalized wording to make every print a little more personal.
8) DO YOU TRAVEL? Yes. Bar + Booth is MAST and Bartender certified in Washington State and serves Seattle + surrounding areas. Live outside of the Greater Seattle area? Let us know and we may be able to accommodate you. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.
9) HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE? Complete the Book Us form with your event details and select I’m ready to book now or I just want a consultation. We’ll follow up to confirm availability, answer any remaining questions + walk you through the next steps.
10) WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY DATE? A signed agreement + 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date. The retainer is due upon signing, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. Events booked within 30 days require payment in full upon signing.
11) DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT? Yes! Bar + Booth offers 10% off to active-duty military members with a valid active-duty military ID. Discount applies to Bar + Booth services and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers. Thank you for your service!
12) DO YOU WORK WITH CHARITIES + NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS? Yes! We’re happy to work with charities + nonprofit organizations and welcome opportunities to support community events. Contact us with information about your organization and event, and we’ll be happy to discuss available options and possible discounts.
13) DO YOU COLLABORATE WITH OTHER EVENT PROFESSIONALS? Absolutely! We love connecting with planners, venues, caterers + other event industry professionals for referrals, partnerships + collaborative opportunities.
